This project explores the concept of DNA as a language of
identity, using it as a starting point to examine objects in our lives
and how they contribute to our creativity in design studies.

The concept was to create a running shoe out of the chosen materials by panelling swatches
together to build the upper then disassembling a pair of shoes and using the sole as the
base. Uniting several items and original creations into one, then mounting it onto one that
has always been the foundation of my life. This is to show that through all these periods of
my life, although at times moving slowly I have to continuously progress as a human.
